Reddit Ads Connection

Reach Reddit's 5.1 billion monthly visitors with the precision of BlueConic's first-party data.

Reddit has quietly become one of the most powerful advertising channels on the web — and now BlueConic connects directly to it. The new Reddit Ads Connection brings your first-party customer segments into Reddit's advertising platform, enabling precise targeting and suppression across batch and real-time workflows. Whether syncing high-value audiences or firing server-side conversion events, your data moves cleanly and compliantly — without relying on browser pixels alone.

This integration uses the same standardized approach BlueConic applies across all Paid Media connections. That means the Reddit Conversions API, Custom Audiences, and Pixel listener all work within a familiar configuration experience — reducing ramp-up time and keeping your team moving fast. Map profile properties to Reddit's identifiers, schedule batch exports to keep audiences fresh, and activate real-time personalization the moment visitors hit your site.

For marketers operating inside the Customer Growth Engine, this is value acceleration in action: known segments, instantly actionable across one of the web's most engaged platforms.

Benefits:

  • Activates first-party segments on Reddit Custom Audiences for high-match, privacy-compliant targeting
  • Sends server-side conversion events via the Reddit Conversions API — no browser pixel dependency
  • Enables real-time profile data export through the Reddit Pixel as users navigate your channels
  • Mirrors the familiar Google and Facebook Ads connection framework, reducing configuration overhead

Query your full Salesforce data model with SOQL

Use flexible queries to import exactly the Salesforce data you need — faster and with more control.

You can now use SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) directly within the Salesforce Connection to retrieve data beyond standard objects. Previously limited to Leads, Contacts, and Persons, you can now access any object in your Salesforce instance — giving you full control over how data is brought into BlueConic.

This update makes data ingestion more precise and efficient. By writing targeted queries, teams can limit imports to only the most relevant data, reducing processing time and improving performance. The experience mirrors our BigQuery SQL integration, with a familiar query editor, auto-complete, and live preview — helping you move faster from query to activation. Combined with automatic field mapping and unnesting support, your data is immediately ready for use across the Customer Growth Engine.

Benefits:
• Unlocks access to all Salesforce objects for more flexible data ingestion
• Reduces unnecessary data imports with targeted, efficient queries
• Speeds up setup with auto-complete, live preview, and dynamic field mapping
• Prepares complex data structures for activation with built-in unnesting

Control who can access, edit, and manage your data workflows

Define exactly who can create, edit, and manage connections and notebooks — with granular, role-based control.

Managing data access just got more precise. With role-based access control (RBAC) for Connections and Notebooks, teams can now define who can create, edit, and manage specific plugins and individual instances. Instead of broad, all-or-nothing permissions, you can tailor access based on roles — aligning responsibilities with the right level of control.

This update introduces multi-level permissions across object, plugin, and instance levels. Admins can control which types of connections and notebooks users can work with, while also restricting access to specific configurations. This means data ingestion and transformation workflows stay protected, without slowing down activation.

Marketers and other teams can still move fast — but within clearly defined boundaries that protect data integrity.

Benefits:
• Strengthen data governance with granular, role-based permissions
• Reduce risk by limiting access to critical data workflows and configurations
• Enable safe delegation across teams without compromising data integrity
• Accelerate operations by aligning access with real user responsibilities

BlueConic now supports Databricks through Delta Sharing. Teams can share approved data from their Databricks environment into BlueConic without managing credentials or duplicating data at the sharing layer. That makes it easier to connect composable infrastructure to activation workflows inside the Customer Growth Engine.

With less setup overhead and a more efficient sharing model, teams can move Databricks data into action faster in BlueConic.

Benefits:

  • Reduces manual setup
  • Avoids unnecessary data duplication
  • Speeds up access to governed Databricks data
  • Helps teams activate data more efficiently

Deliver Headless Dialogues with full frontend control and modern framework support

Build and trigger dialogues without HTML injection — designed for React, CMS-driven, and composable architectures.

Teams can now use a React-based headless dialogue with JSON schema support to deliver experiences without relying on injected HTML. This approach gives full control over how content is rendered, making it easier to integrate with modern frontend frameworks and CMS-driven environments.

This is especially useful in cases where traditional dialogues fall short — such as React or Vue applications, mobile experiences, or workflows that trigger functionality instead of UI. By removing DOM injection, teams can avoid layout shifts and flickering, while maintaining full control over presentation and behavior.

This update helps teams move faster in modern architectures — connecting data, decisioning, and activation without frontend limitations, and accelerating how experiences are delivered across channels.

Benefits:

• Enables full control over frontend rendering and experience design
• Eliminates conflicts with modern frameworks like React and Vue
• Supports CMS-driven workflows and composable architectures
• Reduces flickering and layout shifts for a smoother user experience
