Duplicate condition blocks to build complex segments faster

Copy a condition or an AND block into a new OR block instead of rebuilding shared conditions by hand.

Complex rules often follow a pattern like (A AND B AND C) OR (A AND B AND D). Until now, you rebuilt the shared A AND B part in every OR block. Now you can duplicate a single condition row or a full AND block into a new OR block, then change only what's different. It works in Segments, the Dialogue Who tab, and Profile merging.

The result is the same definition you'd get building it by hand, so nothing changes downstream. You spend less time on setup and avoid typos in repeated conditions.

Benefits:

  • Copies shared conditions into a new OR block in one step
  • Works across segments, the Dialogue Who tab, and profile merging
  • Reduces errors from re-entering the same conditions
  • Produces the same segment definition as manual setup

Create Timeline events from forms you already picked visually

The Visual Form listener can now write a Timeline event on form submit, using the fields you already selected.

Capturing form submissions as Timeline events used to mean setting up a separate Timeline Event Behavior listener and selecting the same form and fields again. Now the Visual Form listener does both. For each form, pick an existing Timeline event type and map the captured fields to event properties. When a visitor submits the form, the listener creates one Timeline event with those values, including your value-source and conversion settings.

Profile properties keep updating as visitors fill in fields, and forms without a Timeline event type work exactly as before. One listener now covers profile capture and event tracking, so you have less duplicate setup and one place to maintain it.

Benefits:

  • Creates Timeline events from visually selected forms, no second listener needed
  • Reuses the field list you already configured for profile capture
  • Leaves existing Visual Form configurations unchanged

Bring Yotpo loyalty and review data into your BlueConic profiles

A new Yotpo connection syncs customer data both ways and awards loyalty points in real time.

Loyalty status and review data usually live in Yotpo, away from the profile you use for segments and activation. The new Yotpo connection imports Yotpo customers into BlueConic profiles, with points, VIP tier, referrals, and program opt-in, plus review aggregates like total reviews, average rating, last review, and sentiment. Match on email or external ID, and create new profile properties right from the mapping step.

Data flows the other way too. Export a BlueConic segment to Yotpo and map standard fields or your own custom properties, so Yotpo campaigns can use CDP attributes. A real-time goal awards Yotpo Loyalty points when a profile property changes or a Timeline event is added, so a completed survey or an in-store visit can earn points without a custom integration. Data processors work on import and export, and exports skip profiles that haven't changed.

Benefits:

  • Turns loyalty tier and review sentiment into segment-ready profile properties
  • Sends BlueConic attributes to Yotpo as customer properties
  • Awards loyalty points in real time from behavior tracked in BlueConic
  • Skips unchanged profiles on export to keep runs short

Keep your Snowflake staging data in Azure

The Snowflake connection now supports Azure Blob Storage for import and export staging.

If you run Snowflake on Azure, you had to stage import and export files through an AWS S3 bucket, even when all your data lived in Azure. Now the Snowflake connection supports Azure Blob Storage as an external storage option, next to S3 and Google Cloud Storage. You authenticate with a Microsoft Entra ID app registration: Tenant ID, Client ID, Client secret, storage account name, and container.

Your staging data stays inside your own Azure tenant. That removes the cross-cloud dependency and the S3 egress costs, and gives Azure the same staging setup S3 and Google Cloud Storage already had. Secure Data Sharing isn't affected, since it already supported Azure. Update the plugin through the Plugin Gallery to get started.

Benefits:

  • Keeps staging data inside your own Azure tenant
  • Removes the need for an AWS S3 bucket on Azure-based Snowflake setups
  • Cuts cross-cloud egress costs

Outcome Measurement now pulls in campaign performance from TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and X Ads.

Checking spend and results on TikTok, Snapchat, or X meant opening each platform and reconciling exports by hand. Now Outcome Measurement ingests daily campaign-level data from all three, next to Meta, Google Ads, and Pinterest. You get impressions, clicks, spend, reach, and platform-reported conversions and conversion value, with CTR, CPC, CPM, cost per conversion, and ROAS calculated the same way for every platform. Map your campaigns to Outcomes and each platform shows up in Outcome reporting and the platform breakdown.

The connection that exports your audience now also reports what the campaign did, in one model across every paid platform. You see which channel drives results for a Growth Play, and where to move budget, without switching dashboards.

Benefits:

  • Adds TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and X Ads to Outcome reporting
  • Calculates CTR, CPC, CPM, cost per conversion, and ROAS the same way across platforms
  • Removes manual exports and reconciliation between ad dashboards

Import your Channable product feed into BlueConic

A new Channable connection brings product data from your Channable feed into BlueConic.

If you manage product data in Channable, you no longer need a separate export step to get it into BlueConic. The new Channable connection imports products from your Channable feed, using standard product fields that follow the Google Shopping feed format.

Your product data in BlueConic stays aligned with the catalog you already maintain for your marketing channels. That means less manual upkeep and fresher product data for personalization.

Benefits:

  • Imports products from Channable without a manual export
  • Uses standard Google Shopping product fields, so mapping is predictable
  • Keeps BlueConic product data aligned with your Channable catalog

Connect BlueConic profiles with Blueshift campaigns

Sync profiles and segments to Blueshift, trigger campaigns in real time, and bring engagement back to the Timeline.

The Blueshift connection links your BlueConic profiles with Blueshift messaging. Export profiles to Blueshift customers and keep Blueshift segments in sync with your BlueConic segments: profiles are added when they enter a segment and removed when they leave. Import Blueshift campaign activity, such as sends, opens, and clicks, onto profiles and the Timeline, and see Blueshift campaign performance in BlueConic campaign reporting.

A Trigger campaign goal runs an event-triggered or API-triggered Blueshift campaign for an individual profile when a profile property changes or a Timeline event is added, scoped to a segment you choose. Pick the campaign from a dropdown and, if you want, send extra profile and Timeline event values as personalization keys for the campaign template. Segments and consent stay in BlueConic; sends and journeys stay in Blueshift.

Benefits:

  • Keeps Blueshift segments aligned with BlueConic segments automatically
  • Triggers Blueshift campaigns in real time from BlueConic behavior
  • Brings Blueshift sends, opens, and clicks onto the BlueConic Timeline
  • Passes profile and event data into each campaign as personalization keys

Connect every HubSpot object to BlueConic, from Deals to custom objects

The HubSpot connection now imports and exports any HubSpot object, and syncs BlueConic groups too.

Now you can export profiles to any HubSpot object, including Companies, Deals, Leads, Orders, Products, Subscriptions, and custom objects, and import from any of them as well. Pick an object type and its properties load automatically. You can also map HubSpot records onto Timeline events, import HubSpot objects into BlueConic groups, and export groups back to HubSpot.

A new optional step associates each exported group record, such as a Deal, with the right HubSpot contact by email, a unique contact property, or the HubSpot contact ID. That covers the common pattern of updating a contact, upserting a deal, and linking the two, without custom integration code. Data processors on every batch goal let you transform or filter data on the way in and out. Existing connections keep working as they are, and extra object permissions are optional, so you don't need to re-authorize.

Benefits:

  • Syncs Companies, Deals, Orders, Subscriptions, and custom objects in both directions
  • Links exported records to the right HubSpot contact automatically
  • Brings HubSpot records into Timeline events and BlueConic groups
  • Keeps existing Contacts-based connections running with no reconfiguration

The Rollup Agent turns timeline event history into ready-to-use segments

The Rollup Agent turns timeline event data into ready-to-use segments, right from a natural-language request in AI Canvas.

Segments that depend on behavior, like customers who spent more than $100 in the past two weeks, used to mean stepping out of AI Canvas to configure a profile property and a timeline event rollup before you could even build the segment. Now the Rollup Agent does that coordination for you. Describe the audience you want, and it checks your existing rollups and properties, reuses or updates one where it makes sense, and creates the property, rollup, and segment in the right order. It places the rollup on the canvas in the Unify column and shows how it connects to your segment. You review and confirm each piece before anything is saved.

If you don't have the right permission, the Rollup Agent doesn't just stop. It keeps the proposed setup visible, tells you exactly which permission you're missing, and suggests requesting access or handing it to a teammate who can finish it.

Benefits:

  • Builds behavior-based segments from a single natural-language request
  • Removes the need for specialist knowledge of rollups and profile properties
  • Cuts the risk of duplicate rollups or conflicting configurations
  • Keeps your proposed setup visible even when you're missing a permission

Set up your CDP connections by describing what you need

Doers can now configure connections like Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Ads through an agent panel instead of the legacy setup flow.

Connecting platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, TikTok Ads, Snowflake, and 20+ others used to mean working through separate configuration screens with manual mapping steps. Now an agent panel handles it: it manages login redirects for the platform you're connecting, asks clarifying questions along the way, and keeps private credentials in a secure modal, out of the AI's context entirely.

This is a foundational piece of a bigger shift. Instead of a separate AI helper for each object, you get one agent that reasons about the whole Growth Play and configures the connections it needs.

Benefits:

  • Configures connections conversationally instead of screen by screen
  • Keeps login credentials out of the LLM's context via secure secret modals
  • Covers 25+ platforms, including Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Ads
  • Moves you closer to configuring a full Growth Play end-to-end with AI
