Faster Issue Diagnosis and Support

To help us troubleshoot issues more efficiently and continue improving the BlueConic experience, we’ve added LogRocket to the platform. This tool gives our teams better visibility into how the product is behaving so we can identify and resolve issues faster.

LogRocket runs behind the scenes within the BlueConic platform, does not affect end-user workflows, and is configured not to process personal data.

Real-time Next Best Offer - Model support in Recommendations

Deliver the best product or content offer—right when it matters most.

You can now plug your own machine-learning models directly into BlueConic Recommendations. This unlocks real-time “next best offer” capabilities across web, email, and other channels—no more exporting data, scoring externally, or re-importing results.

Data scientists can publish models to BlueConic from notebooks and associate them with content or product stores. Marketers can then apply those models in the UI, configure boosting, and activate them directly—available in:

  • Product Recommendations
  • Content Recommendations
  • Open-Time Email Recommendations (connection)

Benefits:
• Enables real-time, moment-of-need personalization
• Supports your own ML models directly in the BlueConic platform
• Eliminates external scoring loops and manual data flows
• Accelerates the handoff between data science and marketing teams

Automatically Disable Inactive User Accounts

Improve account security by disabling long-inactive users automatically.

BlueConic can now automatically disable user accounts that have been inactive for a defined period of time. This helps reduce security risk by ensuring long-inactive accounts don’t remain enabled indefinitely.

A new “Disable inactive accounts” setting is available under Inactivity settings. When enabled, customers can configure inactivity thresholds between 1 and 365 days, with a default of 90 days. The feature is turned off by default and can be managed per tenant as a self-service setting.

Disabled accounts can still be manually re-enabled by users with the appropriate permissions, preserving operational control while strengthening security across both UI and API usage within the Customer Growth Engine.

Benefits:
• Improves security by automatically disabling long-inactive accounts
• Gives teams direct control over inactivity-based account management
• Applies consistently across UI and API activity
• Preserves manual enable and disable workflows for authorized users

Performance improvements for Ad Connections

Export campaigns faster—with dramatically reduced processing time.

Ad connections now run significantly faster thanks to a platform-level improvement that detects which profile properties have actually changed—so only relevant updates are sent. Previously, exports processed all modified profiles in a segment, even if their ad-related fields hadn’t changed.

This update reduces unnecessary data processing, lowers system load, and speeds up activation—especially for customers managing large segments or frequent exports.

Benefits:
• Speeds up ad exports by skipping unchanged profiles
• Reduces system load and avoids blocking other connections
• Improves scalability for high-volume use cases
• Enables faster campaign deployment and more efficient targeting

To apply updates, go to the Plugins Gallery and install the latest version manually.

Databricks Delta Sharing Connection

Streamline secure, two-way data sharing—no manual pipelines required.

The new Databricks Delta Sharing connection enables scalable, governed data flows between BlueConic and your Databricks lakehouse. You can now import and export customer data—both profile and timeline—directly via Delta Sharing, without relying on CSVs, SFTP, or intermediary storage.

This setup minimizes operational complexity while giving marketing and data science teams real-time access to fresher, more usable data. Configuration happens directly in the BlueConic UI, while Databricks teams can securely add BlueConic as a recipient using account-level identifiers and Change Data Feed for incremental sync.

Benefits:
• Reduces overhead and setup time compared to manual file-based flows
• Shares profile and timeline data securely using open Delta Sharing standards
• Keeps customer data fresher for timely activation and advanced analytics
• Aligns with lakehouse-native workflows and composable CDP architectures

This feature is available in beta. Contact support to learn more.

Import VTEX order data in near real time

Streamline commerce data ingestion for faster activation and insights.

The new VTEX Connection, now available in the BlueConic Plugins Gallery, lets you bring order data directly from your VTEX environment into BlueConic. Data can be mapped to profile properties or captured as timeline events, depending on your goals.

The connection checks for new and updated orders every three minutes, helping teams keep profile data fresh and ready for activation — without the manual handoffs. This makes it easier to personalize experiences, build transaction-based segments, and measure outcomes with confidence.

Benefits:
• Connects VTEX to BlueConic in just a few steps
• Keeps order data up to date for segmentation and activation
• Supports personalization and analysis based on purchase behavior
• Helps teams move faster by simplifying access to commerce data

Agentic Experience Branching

Turn complex branching logic into simple, conversational creation.

The AI Builder Agent now supports branching logic — letting marketers design complex, personalized experiences simply by describing them. You can upload a PDF document or image file to describe the branching flow in your prompt, or generate it directly from the Builder map. You can even upload an image of the branching flow for the agent to execute.

Marketers can now build, test, and personalize in one conversational workflow — reducing manual setup, accelerating time-to-impact, and capturing richer personalization signals that fuel the Customer Growth Engine.

Benefits:

  • Enables dynamic audience branching through natural language
  • Reduces manual configuration and speeds up experience creation
  • Deepens personalization and signal capture across every journey

AI Insight Data Visualizations

Generate and download charts directly from AI Insights prompts — no extra tooling required.

When interacting with the Insights agent, responses can now include a chart alongside the text and tables. The agent will output a visualization based on the type of prompt you request, using out-of-the-box options like bar, horizontal bar, line, pie, and scatter plots. You can enlarge any chart for closer review, or download it as a PNG to add directly into a presentation.

This closes the loop from “answer” to “story” in a few clicks. Instead of exporting data, building charts, and pasting into slides, teams can assemble QBRs and executive updates in minutes using repeatable prompts, bookmarks, and auto-generated visuals. It’s a faster path from insight to narrative to action across the Customer Growth Engine.

Benefits:
 • Auto-generates best-fit charts from natural language prompts
 • Speeds up creation of QBRs, client reviews, and internal updates
 • Reduces manual export-and-chart work for analysts and marketers
 • Elevates AI-driven workflows by pairing insights with clear, ready-to-share visuals

Experience Native Social Sharing

Let customers share your BlueConic Experiences through the apps they already use.

Marketers can now add a “device share” button directly into any experience, triggering the native share tray on a visitor’s phone, tablet, or browser. When someone taps share, they can send your quiz or content link through whatever channels they prefer—social, messaging, email, and beyond.

This turns every experience into an organic distribution engine, without hacks or custom workarounds. By meeting users where they already are and removing friction from sharing, you can drive more views, completions, and leads—accelerating value across the Customer Growth Engine.

Benefits:
 • Unlocks native sharing to any app supported by the user’s device
 • Drives incremental organic traffic, engagements, and completions
 • Eliminates the need for one-off share workarounds or custom builds
 • Strengthens multichannel experience strategy and long-term growth potential

Native Embed for Website Experiences

Embed BlueConic Experiences directly on your site without an iframe.

Marketers and developers can now place Experiences natively on any webpage using our new non-iframe embed option. Instead of rendering inside an iframe, the Experience runs directly in your domain — giving teams more control over styling, layout, and analytics.

This option sits alongside our existing iframe embed, making it easier to choose the setup that fits your workflow. Teams who want Experiences to feel fully native or who manage strict tracking requirements may find this setup more seamless, while others may prefer the simplicity of an iframe. Both paths are supported — Native Embed simply expands what's possible.

Together, these options expand how teams deploy Experiences across the Customer Growth Engine, helping you deliver more relevant interactions while reducing dev time and tracking complexity.

Benefits:

• Unlocks full styling and layout control for embedded Experiences

• Improves page performance and removes iframe limitations

• Strengthens first-party data collection and analytics integrations

• Simplifies activation by aligning Experience data with your existing martech stack
