Query your full Salesforce data model with SOQL

Use flexible queries to import exactly the Salesforce data you need — faster and with more control.

You can now use SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) directly within the Salesforce Connection to retrieve data beyond standard objects. Previously limited to Leads, Contacts, and Persons, you can now access any object in your Salesforce instance — giving you full control over how data is brought into BlueConic.

This update makes data ingestion more precise and efficient. By writing targeted queries, teams can limit imports to only the most relevant data, reducing processing time and improving performance. The experience mirrors our BigQuery SQL integration, with a familiar query editor, auto-complete, and live preview — helping you move faster from query to activation. Combined with automatic field mapping and unnesting support, your data is immediately ready for use across the Customer Growth Engine.

Benefits:
• Unlocks access to all Salesforce objects for more flexible data ingestion
• Reduces unnecessary data imports with targeted, efficient queries
• Speeds up setup with auto-complete, live preview, and dynamic field mapping
• Prepares complex data structures for activation with built-in unnesting
